This is the ideal plan for the person who wants to take fitness to the next level. My workout plan is ideal for both the beginner and intermediate person.

The plan is for 10 days, includes one day off and four cardio days. The other five day focuses on body strength and toning.

Workouts take up to 30 minutes, depending on your fitness. Each workout suggestion has a link to my YouTube channel to show the beginner and intermediate person how the same exercise can be changed for a more intense workout.
